• FREE DELIVERY with DHL Express for orders over £140 in the UK
• We process and ship orers Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM will ship same day, after this time we will pack and ship your order next working day.
• You will receive your goods next business day.
• Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a separate confirmation email that will include your tracking number. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created.
• On the day of the delivery, you should receive a text message with delivery time slot.

Pick up the package with the ordered goods at a time convenient for you at the selected LP EXPRESS post machine or parcel point. We present to LP EXPRESS post machines to choose to know:

• Shipments to LP EXPRESS post offices and packages are delivered within 1-2 working days from the day of dispatch.
• Choose the post machines where it is most convenient to pick up the parcel.
• When your package is delivered to LP EXPRESS post machines, you will be notified by SMS message (or Viber message, if you use it) and/or e-mail. by post
• Your order is stored in the mailbox for up to 3 days
• You can pay for the ordered goods by card by collecting them at the LP EXPRESS machine. (temporarily down)
• When picking up the shipment, LP EXPRESS post machine is free of charge/ send an SMS message to e-mail. the PIN code received by mail.

Many years of experience and a professional team ensure fast and reliable delivery of goods. When choosing this delivery method, you should be aware that:

• The price of delivery varies based on country.
• The goods are delivered within 2-5 working days from the day of dispatch
• In the evening before the delivery, you will receive an SMS message (or Viber message if you use it) with the package number and an online link. By clicking on it, you will be able to manage the delivery of your package: change the delivery address, day or direct the package to the most convenient DPD post office. This is convenient if your plans have changed and you cannot receive the package on the scheduled delivery day.
• On the morning of the delivery day, you will be informed about the estimated delivery time of the package by SMS message (or notification to the Viber app, if you use it).
• For e-mail goods ordered in the store, you will be able to pay the courier at the time of delivery by card or cash (have an equal amount - no returns).
